House Hunting

I'd like to propose a comparison.....
Looking for a house is a lot like looking for love....
- These days people look for love on Match.Com, these days people look for house on the MLS online data base...
- When on match.com you first start with physical criteria: height, weight, the perfect smile, big boobs
- When on the MLS you look at pictures too - Metal roof, log exterior, kitchen size, number of bedrooms
- These characteristics can ignite a spark, make you  feel in love, and raise your hopes for happily ever after
- Unfortunately some people on match.com already have a current love interest and some houses on the MLS are already under contract
- Lesson Learned: Don't fall in love until you've met in person and have all the details


Anyway....Scott and I are looking for a home, we thought we found our dream home and turns out it's already taken. Chin-up we are looking at houses in real life tomorrow and are hoping to be pleasantly surprised by other actually available options.
