Story Time

Accept my apology for the lack of blogging this week....seems to be nothing new. I do however have a couple of funny stories:

 1.         This morning I was sleeping in (I don't work for 3 weeks, so even though it gets light at 5 am I still try to sleep in), anyway Scott came in and said goodbye to me and the puppies and left for work. I'd say ten minutes later my phone rang (my sweet new i-phone) it was Scott.....Turns out he went to work with his slippers on and now needed some big boy professional shoes to change into. Haha, oh Scottie G......
2.          Monday evening seemed to be out of a story book...Scott came home from work, I had dinner waiting, we ate and did the dishes together, haha ok well I might of done them while Scott watched. Anyway it was a perfect 65 degrees and the sun was shining (it's light until like 11 pm) so we took the little boys to the dog park. It's only 5 blocks away so we thought we'd let them ride in the back of the truck, neither of them had done this before so I rode in the back with them. No problems and they loved it...we got to the park, took a walk, played fetch, etc. and loaded back in the truck to go home. This time we let them ride by themselves, Bad Idea...barely out of the parking lot and there goes Jeep...Boing...right over the edge. "Scott Stop!!!" haha we open the door and there's Jeep looking like "What the F just happened!?". He has road rash on his chin, he definitely face-planted in the gravel...but he's ok. 
Are we bad parents??
